About the Role

We are looking for a responsible, organised and willing-to-learn Part-Time Admin Executive to support our daily administrative and operational activities.

No prior working experience is required. Fresh graduates and students are welcome to apply! We value a positive attitude, good communication skills and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative and operational support
• Assist with document preparation, checking and data entry
• Organise and maintain records and administrative files
• Communicate and coordinate with clients and colleagues
• Assist with appointment scheduling and follow-ups
• Support day-to-day office operations and other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• No minimum education or prior work experience required
• Fresh graduates and students are welcome
• Able to communicate politely and professionally with clients and colleagues
• Responsible, organised and detail-oriented
• Willing to learn and able to follow instructions
• Able to commit to at least 2 days per week working in the office during the 1-month probation period

Working Arrangement

• During probation: Work from the office at Lorong Chuan for at least 2 days per week
• After 1 month: Work-from-home arrangement available upon successfully passing probation
• Part-time schedule to be discussed based on availability and operational needs
