Part-time Administration Assistant (Kwu Tung Container Office)

Responsibilities:

• Provide general administrative support and handle daily operations at the site office;
• Maintain and update department records, including filing documents, data entry, and scanning;
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth communication and workflow.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree holder in any discipline
• Immediate availability is preferred;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Work Schedule: 3 days per week, 9:00am - 1:00pm
• Candidate must have the Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate (commonly known as ‘Green Card’) before onboarding.
• Site Allowance will be provided.

• Kwu Tung (Container Office at the Construction Site)
