What You Will Do

• Safely operate your own registered, insured vehicle to complete assigned daily parcel delivery and pickup routes.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle safety checks.
• Load, secure, and handle packages efficiently.
• Utilize mobile routing and scanning technology (including Beans and Zebra scanners) on your smartphone to navigate and clear your manifest.
• Apply defensive driving principles (Smith System) to maintain a stellar safety record.
• Provide professional customer service at every stop.

What You Need to Qualify

• Age: Must be at least 21 years old (insurance requirement).
• Vehicle Requirement: Must provide a reliable vehicle that is 15 years or newer (such as compact to mid-size SUVs, minivans, hatchbacks, crossovers, or pickup trucks equipped with a secure, lockable bed cover), well-maintained, and able to pass a safety inspection.
• License & Insurance: Valid driver’s license and active personal auto insurance (commercial/delivery rider verification may be required).
• Technology: Smartphone with an active cellular data plan for navigation and scanning.
• Driving Record: Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with no major infractions.
• Screening: Must pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
• Physical Readiness: Ability to safely handle and lift packages up to 75 lbs.
