This is an apprenticeship position designed to train you into a highly skilled, licensed home inspector.

This position Starts out Part time with the potential to transition into a full time role.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

Studying for and taking/passing required licensing exams (Education is unpaid but we reimburse for the cost of education after your license is recieved)

Learning how to perform detailed, top-tier home inspections

Driving to and from inspections (on time and prepared)

Tracking and reporting mileage accurately

Performing thorough inspections under guidance and training

Communicating clearly and professionally with clients and office staff

Going above and beyond — we don’t rush inspections, we do them right

Continuously improving your knowledge of homes, systems, and building standards

You’ll start by training alongside us and gradually take on more responsibility as your skills grow.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

-Reliable and punctual

-Strong attention to detail

-Comfortable talking with clients

-Teachable and self-motivated

-Physically able to access attics, crawlspaces, roofs, etc.

-Takes pride in doing thorough work

-Experience in construction or trades is helpful but not required. Attitude and work ethic matter more.

PAY AND BENEFIT'S:

-Full Time Target income: $70,000+
-Part Time target Income: $30,000+

-Full Time pay level is achieved by completing 2 appointments per day, 3 days per week

-Open your schedule for more than 3 days per week and your income increases accordingly

-Work number provided

-Gas reimbursements

-Flexible schedule
