Part Time - As needed residential cleaning

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented residential cleaners for part-time, as-needed assignments throughout Spring and the Greater Houston area.

This is not a guaranteed-hours position. Cleaners will be contacted when residential cleaning jobs become available and may accept or decline assignments based on their availability. The location, scope of work, estimated cleaning time and compensation will be provided before each assignment is accepted.

• Standard residential cleaning
• Deep cleaning
• Move-in and move-out cleaning
• One-time cleaning
• Recurring residential cleaning
• Post-event or special-request cleaning

Responsibilities

• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and common areas
• Sweep, vacuum and mop floors
• Dust furniture, ledges, baseboards and other surfaces
• Clean and sanitize sinks, toilets, showers, tubs, mirrors and fixtures
• Wipe countertops, appliances and high-touch surfaces
• Empty trash and replace liners
• Follow the assigned cleaning checklist
• Report damage, safety concerns or unusual conditions
• Take and submit clear completion photos when required
• Complete all assigned duties within the estimated service time

Requirements

• Residential or professional cleaning experience is preferred
• Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel to assigned homes
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must have a smartphone and reliable communication
• Must be dependable, punctual and detail-oriented
• Must be able to work independently and follow instructions
• Must be able to stand, bend, lift, sweep, mop and vacuum throughout the assignment
• Must maintain professionalism and respect clients’ homes and privacy
• Weekend and weekday availability is preferred
