Part-time assistant

Sixth Man Productions is seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive Part-Time Assistant to support the Executive Producer with administrative tasks. This position will provide hands-on exposure to the production process and assist with keeping projects, schedules, and communication organized.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Executive Producer with day to day administrative tasks
• Help organize production schedules, meetings, calls, and appointments
• Coordinate calendars and communicate scheduling updates with clients, talent, and production team members
• Assist with preparing production documents, notes, call sheets, and other materials
• Help track project deadlines, deliverables, and follow-up items
• Conduct basic research on talent, projects, locations, and production needs
• Organize contacts, production information, and other company materials
• Assist with communication and follow-ups with clients, vendors, crew, and other production partners
• Take notes during meetings and help track action items
• Provide general support during production days and shoots as needed
• Handle other administrative and organizational tasks to help keep projects moving efficiently

Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks are important. An interest in sports, entertainment, media, or production is a plus.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 per week

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Los Angeles, CA 90016
