As an Assistant Manager, you will support the daily operations of our shop, lead the team during shifts, and ensure smooth service while maintaining our product quality and customer experience.

Position: Part-Time Assistant Manager
Salary: $18–$20/hour (depending on experience)
Working Hours: Part-time, flexible shifts

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily shop operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Lead and support crew members during shifts
• Guide team members on service standards, preparation procedures and daily tasks
• Handle cashiering, drink preparation, food packing and customer service
• Ensure orders are prepared accurately and efficiently
• Maintain food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management
• Support opening and closing duties when required
• Train and coach new team members
• Handle basic customer enquiries and operational issues
• Work closely with management on improving daily operations

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of F&B experience preferred
• Prior experience as a senior crew, supervisor or team lead is an advantage
• Responsible, independent and able to take ownership during shifts
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Willing to be hands-on and support the team wherever needed
• Able to work weekends and peak periods when required
