Part-Time Assistant Manager

Role Overview: The Assistant Manager is responsible for managing, selling, and promoting all products and services, ensuring adherence to store standards. They greet customers, document concerns, inspect vehicles, and recommend appropriate services, clearly communicating options and costs. They promote sales, provide accurate quotes, and update customers on service progress. The role includes conducting follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction, tracking returns and warranty parts, and performing other assigned duties.

Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience as a Service Advisor preferred. Professional appearance, valid driver’s license, and passing background checks required. Ability to obtain a State Inspector License within 30 days and ASE Certification within 90 days. Must be able to work at least five days, including weekends.
