What We Are Looking For: We are specifically looking for someone with:

• Warm & Welcoming: As a family-focused practice, the ideal candidate must demonstrate a patient-centred mindset, combining exceptional interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach to deliver gentle, individualised care for patients of all ages.
• "Proficient in general dentistry; additional interest or skills in cosmetic dentistry, Invisalign, or oral surgery are advantageous but not required."
• Commitment to Excellence: A drive to maintain high clinical standards and stay current with industry advancements.
• Strong Communication: An empathetic chairside manner and the ability to explain complex treatments clearly.

Requirements

• AHPRA registration and appropriate professional indemnity insurance.
• Current radiation license and relevant Australian working rights.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in private practice is preferred, though exceptional candidates with less experience are encouraged to apply.
