What they need
Part-time position around 3-4 days (15-20 hours) a week. (Closed weekends)
Job duties include:
- Orders/returns
- Frame adjustments, warranty and minor repairs
- Handling inventory/stock
- Vendor communications
- Any other office-related tasks as needed
Experience:
- Optician or experience working in an Optical store
- Can type 50+ words per minute
- Written communication - Customer service and Clients
- Working with Frames, Lenses, Prescriptions, Vision and Dispensing
Flexible shifts between 9am-4pm Mon-Fri.
Casual work environment involving mostly backoffice work.
