Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble a variety of baked goods, pastries, and food items with attention to detail and presentation.
• Decorate cakes and pastries using various techniques to create visually appealing products.
• Package finished products efficiently while maintaining freshness and quality standards.
• Assist in food production tasks such as mixing, baking, and portioning ingredients.
• Ensure all food handling procedures adhere to safety and sanitation regulations.
• Support catering events or special orders by preparing customized food items.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations, following food safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in cake decorating, baking, or food preparation is highly desirable.
• MUST HAVE SUNDAY AVAILABILITY
• Knowledge of kitchen operations, including knife skills and food handling safety standards.
• Experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
• Basic culinary skills such as cooking, baking, and food safety knowledge.
