Part-time Baker

butter tgt is a cafe located in Maxwell, offering brunch, pastas, bakes and specialty coffee. We are looking for team players to work alongside our small and cosy team!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and produce cakes, cookies and other bakery items according to set recipes, portioning, and presentation standards
• Perform daily baking preparation and operation tasks to meet service demands
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the baking area to comply with food safety standards
• Store ingredients and finished products properly to preserve freshness and quality
• Monitor product consistency and readiness to ensure items are fresh and meet quality expectations
• Other adhoc duties as required, work closely with team members to ensure smooth cafe operations
• On the job training provided

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in baking required
• Possess good work ethics, initiative and willingness to learn.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $12.00 per hour
