Part time Bakers (Temporary)

Blossom's restaurant is looking for a part time bakers to join the team in our busy coffee shop/restaurant within Torwood garden centre.

Applicants will need to be able to work efficiently and effectively, be able to work well under pressure and with enthusiasm. Applicant should be able to work well within in a team environment and on their own. Experience of baking in a commercial kitchen is and a food hygiene certificate would be advantageous, however experienced home-bakers will be considered.

The role will involve decorating and preparing a range of scones, cakes and traybakes. Training will be provided on the job. This job involves working early mornings between 7.00am and 4.30pm

Our experienced baker of nearly 20 years is deaf and non-verbal making British Sign Language (BSL) extremely advantageous for this role, although it is not essential particularly for an individual with previous bakery experience.

Pay: From £13.40 per hour

Expected hours: 16.0 – 24.0 per week
