I am seeking a dedicated Part-time Barber

The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hair styling and delivering exceptional customer service.

This role offers flexibility for those looking to work part-time hours while honing their barbering skills in a friendly and professional environment.

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing high-quality grooming services, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere within the salon.

The applicant must be fully qualified and have at least 3 years shop floor experience

Additionally have their own clientell

Responsibilities

• Provide professional barbering services including haircuts, trims, shaving and styling tailored to individual client preferences
• Offer excellent customer service by engaging with clients in a friendly and professional manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the barbering station and tools
• Consult with clients to understand their desired look and offer styling advice when appropriate
• Uphold health and safety standards in line with salon policies
• Stay updated with current trends in hair styling and grooming techniques

Experience

• Proven experience in barbering or hair styling is preferred but not essential; training can be provided for the right candidate
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to converse confidently in English
• Customer service skills that foster positive client relationships
• Knowledge of current grooming trends and techniques is advantageous
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Organised, reliable, and able to manage time effectively during busy periods

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £24,420.00-£51,015.50 per year
