Duties

• Prepare and serve a diverse selection of beverages including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair
• Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend drinks or food pairings to enhance their experience
• Operate POS systems such as Toast POS to process cash and card transactions efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and sanitation protocols
• Develop new beverage recipes and contribute to menu updates that excite our patrons
• Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and monitor alcohol consumption to ensure responsible service
• Collaborate with restaurant staff during busy hours to deliver seamless service and support special events or banquets

Requirements

• Proven experience in bartending or food service roles within hospitality or restaurant settings
• Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, craft beer, and beverage recipe development
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast for processing transactions accurately
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
• Ability to manage time effectively during busy periods while maintaining attention to detail
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper handling of food and beverages
• Previous experience with banquet or catering service is a plus but not required
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and inventory management
