Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, with precision and flair
• Greet guests warmly, take drink orders accurately, and provide personalized recommendations to enhance their experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards
• Manage cash transactions efficiently using POS systems while ensuring accuracy in billing
• Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and adhere to legal alcohol service regulations
• Restock bar supplies as needed, including garnishes, glassware, and beverages to ensure seamless service
• Collaborate with team members to uphold a lively yet safe environment that encourages guest satisfaction

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
• Knowledge of bartending techniques, drink recipes, and food safety standards is highly desirable
• Strong communication skills to engage confidently with guests and team members
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
