Part-time Bartender

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Part-time Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing inventory, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
• Engage with customers to provide an exceptional hospitality experience, including taking orders and making recommendations.
• Monitor customer consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible serving practices.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using TOAST POS system and manage tabs for customers.
• Assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies and tracking stock levels.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain proper food handling practices.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Bartender or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of bartending techniques, drink recipes, and brewing methods.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
• Familiarity with retail math for accurate cash handling and inventory control.
• Understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Exceptional communication skills with a friendly demeanor towards guests.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• TABC and Food Handler Certification

Pay: $18.47 - $20.19 per hour
