Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards
• Manage cash transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems and handle payments efficiently
• Monitor alcohol consumption to ensure responsible service and compliance with legal regulations
• Restock bar supplies and ingredients as needed to ensure smooth operations during busy hours
• Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service and support a positive atmosphere

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality, bartending, serving, or restaurant environments is preferred
• Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices
• Strong skills in bartending techniques, including mixing drinks and garnishing presentations
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and measuring ingredients accurately
• Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
