Part-time Bartender

Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with guests, and ensuring a memorable dining experience. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and delivering drinks in a timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies as needed.
• Handle cash register transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during busy periods, including catering events or banquets.
• Monitor guest consumption of alcohol responsibly and adhere to all legal regulations regarding alcohol service.
• Assist in training new staff members on bartending techniques and customer service standards.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Experience in bartending, including knowledge of drink recipes, brewing techniques, and fine dining service.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
• Familiarity with food handling practices to ensure safety and quality standards are met.
• Ability to operate cash registers and manage transactions accurately.
• Previous experience in catering or banquet services is a plus.
• A friendly demeanor with strong communication skills to engage effectively with guests.
