Part Time Bartender

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, beers, wines, spirits and non-alcoholic beverages according to house standards.
• Take customer orders accurately and provide friendly, efficient service.
• Operate the POS system and handle cash/card transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and organisation of the bar and surrounding areas.
• Perform bar opening and closing duties, including restocking and cleaning.
• Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor/manager when supplies are running low.
• Assist with receiving, storing and rotating beverage inventory.
• Ensure all beverages are prepared consistently and presented appropriately.
• Check customers' identification where required and comply with responsible alcohol service practices.
• Assist with event and private-booking operations when required.
• Work closely with service crew, floor staff and management to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow all company policies, food safety, workplace safety and hygiene standards.
• Assist with other duties assigned by the Bar Manager or Management.

Requirements

• Previous bartending or F&B experience is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer and wine is an advantage.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced and busy bar environment.
• Responsible, punctual and reliable.
• Able to work evenings, and weekends.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing physically demanding duties.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour
