PART TIME BARTENDER

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, wines, spirits, and craft beers with precision and flair
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to ensure an exceptional experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards
• Develop and suggest beverage recipes to enhance our menu offerings and cater to guest preferences
• Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and communicate needs to management promptly
• Handle food service responsibilities when required, including serving snacks or light bites during shifts

Requirements

• Proven experience in bartending, preferably with fine dining or hospitality industry background
• Strong knowledge of mixology, beverage recipes, wine varieties, spirits, and craft beer trends
• Familiarity with POS systems like TOAST POS for processing transactions efficiently
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
• Ability to manage time effectively during busy service periods while maintaining quality standards
• Food safety certification or willingness to obtain certification prior to start date
• Previous experience with food handling, catering, banquet service or retail math is a plus

Pay: $7.25 - $25.00 per hour
