Part-time Bartender

We're looking for one reliable person to take 2-3 shifts a week, possibly more with the right fit. We are a small neighborhood tavern that is growing and are looking for the final pieces.

At William's we have a tight-knit group that works well together. To fit in with the family here, you must have the following pre-requisites to be considered for a position:

• Schedule flexibility: The shifts we need covered are a mix between daytime and nighttime. If you cannot be available for either, do not apply.
• Previous experience: If you have more than 6 months bartending experience, do not apply. We do not want experienced bartenders, we'd rather train our own. This means that if you're looking to get into bartending and want to be trained from the ground floor, this is a great opportunity.
• Reliability: These shifts are your responsibility. If you cannot reliably keep your schedule, this will not be a good fit. Our current callout rate is near zero.
• Drug testing: We do random testing of all our employees. If you cannot pass these tests, do not apply.
• Teamwork: Shift responsibilities are here to make sure your fellow co-workers are properly prepped and ready for their shifts. Attention to detail is of utmost importance.
• Certification: We do not require our applicants to have Tips training, we will provide this upon hire. You must be willing to take a course on this.
