Part Time Bartender

Job Summary
This is a Saturday night shift, great, easy way to make some extra cash. We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a relaxed environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, serving customers, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Your ability to multitask and maintain a positive attitude will be key to your success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Accurately handle cash register, POS system , including processing payments and giving change.
• Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, restocking as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when applicable.
• Follow all health and safety regulations while serving food and beverages.
• Assist in training new staff members on bar procedures and customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly atmosphere for guests.
• Basic math skills for handling cash register transactions accurately.
• Knowledge of brewing techniques and cocktail preparation is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Must be of legal drinking age as per local regulations.
