- Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously during therapy sessions to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments.
- Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, educators, and medical professionals to coordinate care plans, facilitate intake processes, and support client communication.

- Support clients during home-based sessions or school-based programs, applying behavioral health principles in diverse settings.

Experience
- Prior experience working with children with disabilities, especially those with autism spectrum disorder or neurodevelopmental disorders.

- Experience conducting behavioral assessments such as FBA, functional assessment, and diagnostic evaluations.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and documentation standards aligned with HIPAA regulations.
- Background in working within special education environments or school settings is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to work effectively with children who have developmental disabilities in home-based or clinical settings.
