About the Role

We are seeking an energetic and compassionate Behavior Technician to support clients in the greater Big Rapids area. This is a part‑time position working directly with children/adults in their homes and community settings.

Availability required:

• Fall/Winter Hours: Applicant needs to be available at least 3 days per week, Monday–Friday between 3-6:30pm primarily after school. Tuesdays and Thursdays ARE required!

What You’ll Do:

• Engage children in meaningful, goal‑driven activities using individualized ABA therapy programs
• Follow treatment protocols designed by a Master’s-level Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Work in home, community, and school environments
• Collect daily data and graph progress
• Communicate promptly with your clinical team (phone, email, text)
• Participate in team meetings as needed

Qualifications

• Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) preferred, but NOT required
• Training provided: online modules, shadowing, and ongoing supervision
• BA/BS degree preferred but not required
• Strong time‑management and organizational skills
• Regular access to a computer with high‑speed internet
• Valid Michigan driver’s license and auto insurance
• Reliable, insured vehicle for daily travel (typically within 45 minutes of home office)
• Comfortable working in client homes
• Travel reimbursement provided

Hours & Availability

• Part‑time: 12–15 hours per week
• Schedule: Applicant needs to be available at least 3 days per week, Monday–Friday between 3-6:30pm primarily after school; Tuesdays and Thursdays are required!
