Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented candidate to join our team as a part-time Billing Coordinator. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Office Manager and Attorneys on client billing, accounts receivable, and general administrative support. Opportunity for advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client billing
• Assist with accounts receivable
• Answer and direct phone calls to attorneys
• Provide general administrative support as needed

Qualifications:

• Solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently
• Previous billing experience a plus, but not required
