Part-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Part-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will develop and implement evidence-based behavioral interventions for children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorders. Your expertise will guide families, educators, and caregivers through comprehensive assessments, behavior intervention plans, and ongoing progress monitoring. Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and behavioral psychological assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored intervention strategies
• Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on evidence-based practices in applied behavior analysis (ABA)
• Collect and analyze data meticulously to track client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Perform intake assessments and participate in diagnostic evaluations for clients with autism spectrum disorders and other neurodevelopmental conditions
• Provide clinical supervision to registered behavior technicians (RBTs) and support staff, ensuring adherence to ethical standards and best practices
• Collaborate with families, educators, and healthcare professionals to facilitate effective communication about client progress and treatment goals
• Maintain accurate medical documentation, medical records, and treatment notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Support clients during home-based behavioral therapy sessions, school visits, or community settings as needed
• Conduct behavioral health assessments to inform intervention strategies that promote functional independence
• Engage in ongoing professional development related to autism spectrum disorders support, behavioral health techniques, and clinical supervision

Experience

• Proven experience working with children or individuals with disabilities in clinical or educational settings
• Strong background in applied behavior analysis (ABA), including experience with behavioral intervention techniques for children with autism spectrum disorder
• Familiarity with conducting functional assessments such as Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and diagnostic evaluations
• Experience working with individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders or developmental disabilities is highly preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology, medical documentation standards, and HIPAA compliance is essential
• Home-based behavioral therapy experience is advantageous
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients’ families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams
• Prior experience supporting children with disabilities within school environments or community programs is a plus

Pay: $45.00 - $65.00 per hour
