Part-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Patricia Ann’s Loving Hands is a growing ABA therapy clinic dedicated to providing compassionate, individualized Applied Behavior Analysis services to children and their families. We are looking for a dependable, collaborative, and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team on a part-time basis.

Our ideal candidate is passionate about supporting children, mentoring RBTs, working closely with families, and maintaining high-quality clinical services.

Responsibilities

The BCBA will be responsible for:

• Providing clinical supervision and oversight of RBTs
• Conducting assessments and reassessments as needed
• Developing and updating individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans
• Providing protocol modification and clinical direction during ABA sessions
• Reviewing client data and making appropriate program changes
• Conducting parent/caregiver training
• Monitoring client progress toward treatment goals
• Collaborating with RBTs, families, school staff, and other professionals when appropriate
• Completing clinical documentation accurately and within required timelines
• Assisting with insurance authorizations and reauthorizations when clinical documentation is required
• Ensuring services remain consistent with BACB ethical standards and payer requirements
• Providing ongoing support and feedback to RBTs to promote quality treatment implementation

Qualifications

Required:

• Current and active BCBA certification
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Experience providing ABA services to children
• Experience supervising RBTs
• Strong clinical documentation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the clinic team
• Ability to complete documentation and treatment updates in a timely manner
• Professional and dependable

Preferred:

• Experience working in a clinic-based ABA setting
• Experience with insurance-funded ABA services
• Experience completing treatment plans, reassessments, and reauthorization documentation
• Experience providing parent training
• Familiarity with electronic ABA data collection and clinical documentation systems

Position Details

This is a part-time position with flexibility based on client needs and BCBA availability. The position may include a combination of direct in-person supervision, treatment plan oversight, parent training, assessments, and other clinically appropriate BCBA services.
