Description

H&W CPAs is a fast-growing, highly collaborative CPA and accounting firm looking for a part-time bookkeeper who’s ready to step into managing a portfolio of small business and real estate bookkeeping clients.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage client communications
• Monthly account reconciliations
• Prepare financial reports
• Peer-reviews of monthly reconciliations
• Annual bookkeeping in preparation for tax return filings
• Collaborate with bookkeeping and tax team as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1-3 years accounting and bookkeeping experience
• Proficiency in QuickBooks (Online + Desktop preferred)
• Proactive, self-sufficient, and team-oriented
• Someone who takes ownership and improves what they touch
