Increase to $22/hour After 90 Days

About the Position

IRAY Companies is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented, and experienced Part-Time Bookkeeper to join our team! The ideal candidate will have strong bookkeeping and computer skills, be highly organized, and be comfortable working independently. This position will cover three days per week when our current bookkeeper is off, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role in the future.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Process invoices, payments, and deposits.
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate financial records and reports.
• Assist with payroll and general office duties.
• Coordinate with our current bookkeeper to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• QuickBooks experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Office applications.
• Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred.
• Strong data entry, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with accuracy and attention to detail.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
