Part-Time Bookkeeper

Enterprise Business Consultants is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented part-time bookkeeper to support our clients and maintain accurate, timely financial records. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, takes pride in the quality of their work, can manage several assignments at once, and consistently meet deadlines.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently, communicating clearly, and following through on details. QuickBooks Online experience is preferred, and Xero experience is a plus.

Primary Responsibilities

· Maintain accurate and organized bookkeeping records for assigned clients and projects.

· Record and categorize financial transactions and maintain complete supporting documentation.

· Perform account and bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.

· Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and other recurring bookkeeping activities.

· Prepare timely and accurate financial reports and work papers for review.

· Manage multiple assignments, communicate status, and follow through on due dates.

Qualifications

· Bookkeeping, accounting, or related experience.

· QuickBooks Online experience preferred.

· Xero experience is a plus.

· Comfort working with spreadsheets, electronic records, and cloud-based tools.

· Strong written communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.

Position Details

· Position based in Allison Park, Pennsylvania.

· Part-time, flexible work schedule

· Compensation: $25-32 per hour based on experience
