Overview

We are seeking a Part-time Bookkeeper to join our team. In this role, you will manage essential financial records, ensure accuracy in transactions, and support our accounting processes. This position offers flexibility and an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic hire company

Duties

Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software Sage

Process accounts payable transactions efficiently and accurately

Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts regularly

Track expenses and ensure proper coding of transactions

Requirements

Proven experience with accounting software Sage

Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and procedures

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a part-time capacity

Basic knowledge of bookkeeping principles and financial regulations

Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members

Pay: £26,000 pro rata
