We’re looking for an organized, creative, and self-motivated Part-Time Boutique Coordinator to develop and execute promotions, monthly events, and customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
● Develop and execute promotions, events, and monthly initiatives
● Manage projects, timelines, details, and follow-up
● Support the boutique’s presentation and customer experience
● Identify opportunities to increase engagement and sales
● Meet with the owner to review priorities and progress
● Take ownership and follow through without waiting to be asked
Ideal Candidate
● Highly organized, creative, proactive, and dependable
● Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities
● Strong communicator with excellent attention to detail
● Able to turn ideas into actionable plans and completed projects
● Interested in fashion, retail, events, and customer experiences
● Available for flexible part-time hours
