Job Summary:
The Holiday Inn Express Milwaukee Downtown is seeking a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Weekend Breakfast Attendant to provide exceptional service to our guests during breakfast hours (6-11am). This role is responsible for setting up, maintaining, and cleaning the breakfast area while ensuring a high standard of food presentation and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and set up the complimentary breakfast bar before service hours.
• Ensure all food and beverage items are well-stocked and maintained throughout the breakfast period.
• Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and food service equipment.
• Monitor food quality and adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Restock supplies and report inventory shortages to management.
• Properly store and dispose of leftover food items according to company guidelines.
• Assist with light kitchen duties such as washing dishes and wiping down appliances.
• Uphold brand standards and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Handle guest inquiries and special requests with professionalism.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in food service, hospitality, or a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Availability to work early morning shifts on Saturdays and Sundays.
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
