Part Time Breakfast Server

Pineville Hospitality is looking for friendly, dependable, and guest-focused Breakfast Servers to join our team at the Hilton Garden Inn Pineville.

As a Breakfast Server, you will help create a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for our hotel guests. We are looking for team members who enjoy working with people, have a positive attitude, and take pride in providing excellent service.

Position Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, attentive service
• Set up and maintain the breakfast dining area
• Take guest orders and accurately enter them using the Toast POS system
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and professionally
• Monitor the buffet and dining area and replenish items as needed
• Clear and reset tables throughout the breakfast service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
• Assist with basic food and beverage preparation as needed
• Ensure guests have everything they need for an enjoyable breakfast experience
• Answer guest questions about menu items and hotel breakfast offerings
• Process payments accurately through the Toast system
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hotel service standards
• Communicate guest needs and concerns to the appropriate team members
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, hotel, or customer service experience preferred
• Toast POS experience preferred
• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and dependable attendance
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Must be comfortable handling food and maintaining proper sanitation standards

Schedule

Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Available

Breakfast shifts are primarily morning hours, with scheduling based on hotel occupancy and operational needs.

Weekend availability is preferred and may be required.
