Part-Time Breakfast Server

Schedule: Tuesday–Friday | 6:30 a.m.–10:00 a.m.

We are currently looking for a dependable, friendly Part-Time Breakfast Server who is specifically available to work Tuesday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

As a Breakfast Server, you'll play an important role in creating a warm and welcoming start to our residents' day. You'll greet residents, take breakfast orders, serve food and beverages, and help maintain a clean and inviting dining environment. More than anything, you'll have the opportunity to get to know the people you serve and make their mornings a little brighter through kindness, conversation, and exceptional service.

What You'll Do

• Welcome residents and guests with friendly, professional service.
• Take accurate breakfast orders and answer questions about menu selections.
• Serve meals, coffee, beverages, and other items promptly and courteously.
• Set, clear, clean, and reset dining tables before, during, and after breakfast service.
• Assist with tray service and special dining requests as needed.
• Maintain clean dining rooms, beverage stations, and service areas.
• Assist with light food preparation and other Dining Services needs as assigned.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and infection prevention standards.
• Work collaboratively with the Dining Services team to provide an outstanding resident experience.

What We're Looking For

• Availability to consistently work Tuesday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
• Dependable and punctual attendance—our residents and team are counting on you!
• High school diploma or GED preferred, or currently enrolled in high school.
• Previous serving, restaurant, hospitality, or dining services experience preferred, but not required.
• Food Handler's or ServSafe Certification preferred, or willingness to obtain certification.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• A friendly, positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team.
• A genuine desire to serve others and create meaningful experiences for older adults.
