Job Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Marijuana Budtender to join our team. As a Budtender, you will be responsible for guiding customers through their purchasing experience, offering product recommendations, and ensuring compliance with all regulations. Your role is crucial in creating a welcoming atmosphere while educating customers about our products.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide detailed information about various cannabis products, including strains, edibles, and concentrates.
• Utilize effective time management skills to handle multiple customers efficiently.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process transactions.
• Maintain an organized and clean workspace to enhance the customer experience.
• Educate customers on responsible usage and safety guidelines related to cannabis products.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations within the dispensary.
• Uphold all legal regulations and company policies regarding cannabis sales.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting discrepancies.

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
• Previous retail sales experience is preferred, particularly in the cannabis industry or similar fields.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory counts.
• Proficiency in computer operation, including familiarity with POS systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods.
• A background in hospitality or leadership roles is a plus, enhancing team dynamics and customer interactions.
• A genuine interest in cannabis culture and knowledge of various products is highly desirable.

Pay: $17.75-$18.50 per hour
