Part Time Budtender

As a key ambassador for our store, you’ll help customers find the perfect products to enhance their well-being while ensuring compliance with all regulations. Duties

• Greet customers warmly, providing exceptional customer service and product guidance
• Educate customers on product effects, consumption methods, and responsible use through engaging product demos
• Assist with merchandising, stocking shelves, and maintaining an organized sales floor to optimize product visibility
• Operate POS systems efficiently for sales transactions, cash handling, and inventory management
• Conduct upselling by recommending complementary products to enhance customer satisfaction
• Manage inventory levels, restock products, and ensure accurate stock counts
• Demonstrate strong phone etiquette when handling inquiries or follow-up calls from customers or vendors
• Deliver products as needed to support operational and customer requirements.

Skills

• Proven experience with POS systems and retail sales operations
• Working experience in a retail or customer service environment preferred
• Ability to perform product demos confidently and clearly communicate product benefits
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional phone manner
• Strong upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer trust
• Knowledge of merchandising standards and stocking procedures in retail store settings
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and transaction accuracy
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating positive shopping experiences
• Familiarity with retail operations is advantageous for understanding dispensary environments
