Part Time Budtender

Job Overview
We seek one knowledgable budtender to provide part-time support across multiple locations. You will be scheduled and assigned your location ahead to accommodate each stores needs. As a budtender, you will provide exceptional and caring customer service while assisting customers in selecting the right cannabis products to meet their unique needs. Your expertise in customer service, cannabis strains, products, and responsible use will help create a welcoming and educational environment for our patients/customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide them with personalized service while staying in state compliance.
• Educate customers about different cannabis strains, edibles, concentrates, topicals, and their effects.
• Assist customers in making informed decisions based on their preferences and needs.
• Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Maintain an organized and well-stocked display of products.
• Assist in inventory audits and restock as needed.
• Guide responsible consumption practices.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive shopping and working experience.
• Any other task that may come up, like stickering, cleaning & organizing the dispensary.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
• Proficient in cash handling and basic math for accurate transactions.
• Experience operating a POS system and cash register.
• Sales skills to promote products effectively while meeting customer needs.
• Ability to supervise stock levels and assist in inventory management.
• Knowledge of cannabis products, including strains, edibles, concentrates, and topicals.
• A passion for the cannabis industry and commitment to ongoing learning.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
