Part-time* Budtender Needed - Riverhead, NY

Position Summary

We are looking for a dependable, personable, and motivated Budtenders to join one of Long Island's favorite cannabis dispensaries at our NEW location!

If you thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and take pride in helping customers feel educated, welcomed, and confident, this is a great opportunity to grow in cannabis retail.

*Weekend availability preferred**

Basic cannabis product knowledge is a plus, but professionalism, integrity, and a genuine willingness to learn matter just as much. Main Duties/Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, informed, and efficient customer experience before, during, and after each sale.
• Build and maintain strong knowledge of cultivars, products, brands, and current inventory.
• Participate in ongoing product education and training.
• Follow all operational rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Work collaboratively with the team to keep daily operations running smoothly and efficiently.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready store.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age
• Retail or other customer-facing experience preferred
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Confidence, dedication, integrity, and a willingness to learn.
• Legally authorized to work in the US.
