Coffee Culture is a busy coffee shop right next to two North Canterbury icons: Blackwell’s department store and the Kaiapoi River.

We’re all about great coffee and making sure the guests we serve leave energised.

We love what we do, and we’d love you to join us if you feel the same.

We have a role for the right person for 15-30 hours per week that will grow in the new year if that suits you.

Previous service and coffee-making experience is preferred, but people-loving people are our jam. That’s why our guests love our team.

Buzzkill. We won’t consider applications if you aren’t available over Xmas/New Year's or short term.
