Part Time Call Centre CS (3 days per week)

Our client is a Pharmaceutical Company. They are looking for a Part Time Call Centre Customer Services Officer to handle inbound calls.

Location: North Point
Salary: HK$100-120 per hour

Working Schedule: 3 days per week

Contract Term: 1-year renewable contract

Responsibilities:

• Provide general administrative and clerical support
• Handle inbound enquiries and calls from the public and patients professionally
• Maintain accurate records and update databases as required
• Assist with appointment coordination and daily administrative duties
• Support the team in delivering quality customer service

Requirements:

• Previous experience in administration, customer service, call centre, or healthcare-related environments is preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented, patient, and detail-minded
• Proficient in Chinese and English
• Basic MS Office knowledge
