About the Role

We're looking for a friendly, dependable Part-Time Shuttle Driver to operate a low-speed, electric shuttle (GEM Car) on and around campus. This role is more than just driving. You'll be helping create a positive experience for passengers while maximizing the visibility of our shuttle and its advertising partners throughout the campus community.

This is a fun, people-focused position that becomes especially active during home football games, concerts, campus events, and other high-traffic weekends. You'll be at the center of the action, helping students, alumni, fans, and visitors get where they need to go safely while ensuring our shuttle remains a highly visible part of the campus experience.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate an electric shuttle along accessible campus routes and downtown Columbia.
• Transport passengers in a courteous, professional manner.
• Help maximize shuttle visibility by encouraging ridership and operating in high-traffic campus areas.
• Provide exceptional customer service and a welcoming experience for riders.

· Support transportation needs during home football games, campus events, and other busy weekends.

• Conduct basic pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Follow all traffic laws, company policies, and safety procedures.
• Represent the company and the advertising brand partner in a positive and professional manner.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Clean driving record.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality.
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-minded.
• Comfortable interacting with students, faculty, staff, and campus visitors.
