Victoria Hotel Dunedin is seeking a passionate and reliable Part-Time Chef to join our small and supportive kitchen team.

About the Well Manor Restaurant

Our restaurant operates with a simple and steady service structure:

Breakfast service: 7:00am – 10:00am

Dinner service: 6:00pm – 8:00pm

About the Role

Part-time, permanent role: Evening: 4:00pm – 9:00pm (Offering approximately 20 weekday hours per week

Responsibilities

* Prepare and cook meals to a high standard

* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment

* Support smooth kitchen operations during service

* Take sole charge of the kitchen during quiet periods

About You

* Previous experience in a commercial kitchen is an advantage

* Positive attitude and willingness to learn

* Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

* Able to handle a fast-paced environment when required
