Part Time Chef

Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating exceptional dishes that delight our guests while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality. As a Chef, you will play a vital role in menu development, food preparation, and maintaining an efficient kitchen environment. Your leadership skills will help guide and inspire the culinary team to deliver outstanding hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in accordance with the restaurant's menu and standards.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, organised kitchen.
• Assist in menu planning, including seasonal specials and innovative culinary creations.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain equipment and kitchen tools, ensuring they are in good working order.
• Handle any customer feedback or complaints professionally to enhance the dining experience.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within a restaurant setting.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
• Demonstrated expertise in food preparation techniques and culinary skills.
• A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional dining experiences.
• Culinary qualifications or certifications are advantageous but not essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.71-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24.0 per week
