Role Overview

We are currently seeking a Part-Time Chef to join our kitchen team. The successful candidate will support daily kitchen operations, contribute to food preparation and service, and uphold our quality and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes to a high standard in line with menu specifications
• Assist with food prep, service, and general kitchen duties
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations
• Follow HACCP, food safety, and hygiene regulations at all times
• Support senior chefs and work effectively as part of a team
• Assist with stock rotation and minimising waste

Requirements

• Previous experience in a professional kitchen (restaurant or similar)
• Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
