Duties

• Assist with meal preparation during busy service times, ensuring timely delivery of orders
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to ensure smooth kitchen operations
• Serve food efficiently and courteously to guests, ensuring a positive dining experience
• Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation policies to uphold the integrity of the kitchen environment

Experience

• Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or hospitality setting
• Knowledge of kitchen safety practices and food safety regulations
• Familiarity with meal preparation techniques across various cuisines is a plus
• Previous experience serving guests or customers in a fast-paced environment is desirable
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a lively kitchen atmosphere
• Basic understanding of culinary tools, equipment, and ingredients
