Part-Time Chiropractic Assistant/Receptionist

This is not your typical desk job, it is fast paced and on the go!

Duties include but are not limited to:⁣
⁣

• Patient interaction

-Scheduling

-Processing financial transactions

-Data Entry

-Insurance Verification

-Calling insurance companies

-Billing and account reconciliation

⁣
⁣Must:⁣
⁣- Be a self directed individual

⁣- Pay close attention to details

-Have strong data entry skills with keen attention to accuracy

• Have availability one weekend a month and some evenings

⁣- Be positive and upbeat with a desire to serve the community

⁣- Desire to learn new skills, with a strong work ethic

-Have basic internet literacy skills

-Be able to learn all systems and procedures quickly

⁣Must be good with 20-30 hours per week

Set schedule.

Office Hours you may be asked to work include:

Monday 8:00-3:00

Tuesday 1:30-7:30

Wednesday 8:00-3:00

Thursday 1:30-6:30

Friday 8:00-2:30

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
