Part Time Cleaner

Part-Time Cleaner – 7 Hours per Week

Taffs Pharmacy is looking for a reliable and conscientious cleaner to maintain a high standard of cleanliness across our premises.

Essential availability

Applicants must be available:

• Monday to Thursday between 5:00 pm and 6:00 pm
• Friday between 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm for a more thorough weekly clean
• On one agreed day each week for extended cleaning duties at additional local locations

The role is for 7 hours per week. The precise working pattern will be agreed with the successful applicant.

Applicants must have their own reliable transport and be able to travel between local locations when required.

Main duties

• Vacuuming and mopping floors
• Cleaning consultation rooms, staff areas and communal spaces
• Cleaning toilets and washbasins
• Wiping and disinfecting surfaces and frequently touched areas
• Emptying bins and replacing liners
• Dusting and general tidying
• Completing a more thorough clean each Friday
• Undertaking extended cleaning duties once per week
• Monitoring cleaning supplies and reporting when stock is required
• Carrying out other reasonable cleaning duties as required

The successful applicant must be trustworthy, dependable and able to work independently. Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not essential.

Discretion, professionalism and excellent attention to detail are essential.
