Part time cleaner

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Cleaner to join our dynamic facilities maintenance team. Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of offices, restrooms, common areas, and other designated spaces using appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies
• Handle chemical agents safely, following all chemical handling safety procedures and safety protocols
• Conduct sanitation tasks such as waste disposal, disinfecting high-touch surfaces, and ensuring restrooms are hygienic and well-stocked
• Assist with light maintenance tasks including minor repairs, painting touch-ups in residential or commercial settings, and general facilities upkeep
• Follow safe lifting practices when moving heavy objects or cleaning equipment to prevent injury during manual handling tasks
• Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities and report any facility issues or safety concerns promptly

Qualifications

• Prior janitorial or custodial experience is highly preferred; familiarity with commercial cleaning standards is advantageous
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to sanitation standards and safety protocols
• Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently within scheduled hours
• Customer service mindset with the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs or painting is a plus

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
